UW system increases fees and room & board
MADISON, Wis. (WGBW) – Students across the Universities of Wisconsin System will pay more next semester, including those at UW-Green Bay and UW-Oshkosh.
The Board of Regents approved price increases for room & board and other fees last week.
According to the UW System, prices will rise about 2.9% on average. Generally, students will pay about $300 more, although it varies by campus. UW-Green Bay will see an increase of $250 per year. And students at UW-Oshkosh will have fees increased by $434. At UW-Madison, prices will increase by $363.

Depending on how the federal funding situation plays out, leaders have hinted that tuition increases could also be possible. Regents will discuss tuition costs at a future meeting.
